At Drehgold (calmoria.store), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer, custom or personalized orders, and items marked as final sale.

HOW TO RETURN

To initiate a return, contact us at support@calmoria.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@calmoria.store within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

UK CUSTOMERS

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
